Conversion of existing Listed Barn and extensions.
The brief was to provide an extension onto a barn conversion I carried out 5 years earlier within the Yorkshire Dales National Parks to blend in with the existing dwellings, utilising a redundant barn.
The development for the current owner to provide a two storey extension to the first floor bedroom and a rear entrance lobby, utility area and study, with the extension being constructed in timber frame and finished externally with local limestone walling
This entailed carrying out a survey of the property, preparing schemes for the approval of the client, as well as the YDNPA Planning and building control and obtaining all the necessary approvals.
