Extension of existing attached garage to allow for the provision of a Utility Room to the rear of the existing garage.
The brief was to enlarge a small attached garage at the front of the property to create larger garage, which would then allow the space at the rear of the enlarged garage to be altered to form a Utility Room.
This entailed carrying out a survey of the property, preparing schemes for the approval of the client, as well as liaising with the Planning and Building Control Departments and obtaining all the necessary approvals.
